Post your request (this internet form) at least 1 hour (60 min) prior to departure from Neuchatel, or 2 hours (120 min) before planned arrival in Neuchâtel.
Confirm your request by phone at least 1 hour (60 min) prior to departure from Neuchatel, or 2 hours (120 min) before planned arrival to the airport reception (+41 32 841 3155) to get the clearance.
